After twenty years of experience in international aid, I have redirected my life towards providing personal support, guided by my values and the donkeys who accompany me.

In 2024, a case of burnout prompted me to leave Paris and settle in the countryside. It was there, surrounded by animals and, in particular, three donkeys, that I embarked on a genuine journey of recovery.
I spent a year with these donkeys, spending several hours a day with them, looking after them, observing them and learning to communicate with them. Their calmness, their presence and their gaze helped me to rediscover confidence, a slower pace and serenity.
Day after day, by observing them and learning to communicate with them, I discovered the power of their relationship with humans.
Wishing to deepen this experience, I supplemented my learning about donkeys with several certified training courses, especially in Zootherapy with the French Institute of Zootherapy.
These courses have enabled me to combine my sensitivity, my background in support work and my knowledge of the world of donkeys to create a gentle, authentic and respectful approach, centred on the encounter between humans and donkeys.
Demanding and constantly seeking to deepen my expertise, I am in constant contact with donkey professionals, international specialists in animal-assisted therapy, as well as psychologists, neuropsychologists, and psychomotor therapists.
Being a donkey carer means practising attentive listening, patience and respect. Every action is aimed at fostering trust and well-being, so that the animal and the person living with it can coexist in a calm and balanced way.
I aim to foster a caring and mindful approach, where misunderstandings are transformed into moments of connection and serenity. My ambition is to create a space where humans and donkeys live in harmony, respecting each other’s pace and needs.
I regularly share stories from the field, encounters, feedback, and reflections drawn from my daily work with donkeys and the people I support.
